Programme Member is responsible for UTair for any misuses connected with STATUS realization and applying.
Personal data relating to participation in the programme is processed and used for purposes serving programme implementation. In case of Member’s agreement data can be transferred to company-partners and other third people for advertising purposes.

Any loss or theft of, or damage to, STATUS card must be reported to STATUS Support Service at once to permit issuance of a new card. Member should fill in an Application form for new card dublication. A new card price is 150 rubles if a Member receives that card in the UTair agency. If the double card is sent to the address, 500 miles are redeemed from the Member’s account.
6.4 Changes to the programme, amendments to terms and conditions
Programme STATUS, acting in good faith, reserves the right to alter or amend the membership terms and conditions, the awards, award scales or any other STATUS procedures described in the programme documents at any time, wherever such changes are considered necessary.
No claims may be asserted against UTair based on changes required by country-specific statutes. Notification on changes and amendments to actual terms and conditions are published on the Programmes’s site. Such changes and amendments are considered approved if the Member continues to use his or her STATUS customer number, or if no written objection is filed within one month of notification. If a Member rejects the programme changes, membership may be duly terminated pursuant to item 5.1 of the terms and conditions.
6.5 Applicable law, jurisdiction
UTair is liable to adhere to the laws and regulatory conditions governing its activity of countries in which the Frequent Flyers Programme is implemented. Such conditions oblige UTair to retain the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of the STATUS Programme without prior notice of the Members.
Awards in the form of Award Tickets or Award Upgrades are governed by the Rules of Carriage in force at the time. UTair and its Partners are not responsible for damage and injury caused while using an Award, with exception of damage or injury incurred during transportation for which carrier’s responsibility is defined in the Warsaw Convention (1929), its Gaage Amendments (1955) and in other international agreements, in which Russian Federation participates or by the Russian Civil Aviation Code in matters concerning domestic transportation. UTair is not responsible for damage and injury caused by the provision of service by Partners. Any claim must be lodged directly with the partner organization.
The relationship between UTair and each Member is governed by the laws of The Russian Federation
In case if some points, mentioned above, are totally or partially unlawful, other points do not lose their validity. Parties have to change invalid, incomplete or missing point by the point, that reflects commercial intentions of the parties.
