If the Member, UTair or a Company partner duly terminates the contract, mileage shall retain its validity for a period of six months after receipt of the notice of termination, unless earlier expiry occurs under the terms of p.4.4.

Member can receive written notification about the contract termination at any time without any special notification if the Member misuses actual Programme STATUS terms and conditions or Carriage terms and conditions that are applied by UTair or company-partner, or any other STATUS rules, presented in Programme documentation or STATUS media.

The same applies to any case of misuse as set forth in p.4.3.8., if a member intentionally provides false information, or in cases of harassment or damaging behavior towards UTair or partner company employees or passengers.

This will also apply to any failure to obey the instructions of staff in charge, particularly on board or in lounges. These arrangements shall not rule out further legal claims (specifically claims for damages).

In mentioned cases UTair has the right to refuse to provide Member with Premium or VIP levels, deprive Member the appropriate level unilaterally. In the cases mentioned above UTair has the right to freeze the Member’s account.   

UTair also reserves the right to freeze an account in the case of any objective suspicions of material cause during the time required to properly investigate the facts. No claims shall be asserted by the member against such freezing of an account. If UTair or any mutual operator forbade membership in the Programme, further membership in STATUS Programme is prohibited.        

In case of such contract termination with the Programme Member all earned miles can be cancelled without monetary or any other compensations.  

UTair has the right to cancel or change the whole Frequent Flyer Programme as well as some membership types at any time with previous notification and without it. In case of Programme termination all earned miles can be cancelled without monetary or any other compensations.
