4.2.1 Mileage accrual terms \ order
Mileage accrual begins since the registration in the Programme. Under he STATUS Programme miles can be accrual only for the services which were used by the Member. Under the programme STATUS-Family\ STATUS-Business mileage accrual is made only for services which were used by the family members\ company employees in a day after registration the application form in the Programme.
In case of membership in several Programme types at the same time miles credit only to the one account.
Miles credit to the account which member has been produced at the booking and execution of the service. The Member Company is responsible for its members to show the STATUS-Business card during the booking and execution of the service.
Mileage amount is depends on the Programme Terms and Conditions which are applicable at the moment of service receiving.
One account’s miles can’t be combined with another account’s miles or transferred to another account.
UTair can change mileage accrual conditions.
Miles for flight operated by UTair or Programme Aviation Partner or for Partner’s paid service are credited to the Member’s account only one time, only under one Programme type and it doesn’t depend on amount of this Member’s paid air tickets or services.
Illegal accrued miles are invalid and can be canceled by the STATUS Support Service without notice.
Miles are accrued to the Member’s account automatically if the Member tells his\her Programme STATUS number and\or shows his card or another card which gives the Member right to get miles for this service for which miles can be accrued (entering card number to the appropriate ticket field during the issue the ticket on the site www.utair.ru, booking the ticket in agency, during a checking-in, while accommodation at hotel, etc). the term of automatic mileage accrual for UTair’s flights is not more than 30 days from the day of the flight, and for Programme Partners’ services within 10 days of the month following after the month when the service was produced.
Miles which are not accrued automatically can be accrued to the Member’s account within 12 months after usage this service (3 months for Programme Partners’ services) under the application with supporting document originals or copies (boarding pass\ itinerary receipt\ hotel\car rental company\ restaurant bill, etc). the term of application handling is set additionally and published in the STATUS media.
If the card wasn’t shown the miles for the Partners’ services can’t be provided.
Mileage accrual for flights which were made 3 months before the STATUS Support Service registration is made under the Member’s application form. This condition is valid only for individual Programme STATUS Members.
Letters and documents which have been received with the STATUS Programme are not archived. Requests for return the original documents are not accepted.
Programme STATUS gives the possibility to accrue miles for other Programme Partners’ services. UTair doesn’t guarantee unrestricted service providing by the Programme Partners (such as air tickets, hotel accommodation, car rental) and proper execution all contracts. In case of using the Programme Partner’s service will be used the common terms and conditions which regulate the concrete Company – Partner’s activity.
Miles are not accrued for services\ air tickets, which were bought for the Programme Miles, free air tickets\ services, which were produced by the special rates and also the services which were received under the another companies marketing programmes, Programme Partners’ discounts and special offers. Miles are not accrued for services\ air tickets for which the Member earns bonuses under another Programmes’ terms and conditions.
Some other services can also be stricken off the mileage accrual list after a preliminary notice declared in STATUS media.
Miles are not accrued for unused, compensated, invalid or illegally received documents.
UTair has the right to request flight documentation within 3 years from the flight date to examine legitimacy of miles accrual.
4.2.2 Mileage accrual for traveled flights
Miles are accrued for every flight segment, made with a scheduled flight operated by UTair or Aviation Partner, to the Member’s account according with point 4.2.1.
Miles amount, accrued for flights, depends on the distance between departure and destination points (indicated in the air ticket), declared minimum miles amount or fixed rates which were published n STATUS media, as well as on the STATUS membership type and level. Miles amount is multiplied by the booking class index according to the paid booking class indicated in the air ticket. Mileage accrual is made on the ground of the Mileage accrual table (Appendix 7.3.). In other cases minimum published miles amount is accrued or fixed rates are applied. This point is also applied concerning other transport services (for example, some charter flights) if they correspond to mileage accrual criteria. In such cases mileage accrual is made according with the special information published in STATUS media.
Miles for flights operated together with the other carriers (code-share) are accrued only after boarding pass original\ copy providing within 60 days (if the card number wasn’t entered to the booking system or wasn’t produced during the check-in).
Miles for mutual flights with other aviations are accrued only if UTair \ UTair – Express is carrier-operator. If UTair \ UTair – Express isn’t a carrier – operator, miles are accrued only for UTair marketing block (with code ЮТ, UT in the air ticket’s box carrier code).
Mileage accrual for flights under the Programme STATUS – Family for children 2 – 12 years old is performed at the rate of 50 % from the miles amount accrued for an adult air ticket.
Mileage accrual under the Programme STATUS-Business is performed at the rate of 60% from the miles amount accrued to STATUS individuals.
In case if the Member was transferred unintentionally by UTair to another carrier’s flight miles are accrued according to the Application.
In case of flight cancellation on technical or other reasons as well as force-majeure circumstances, unused tickets for such flight are not eligible for miles accrual, monetary or any other compensation is not granted.
4.2.3 Mileage accrual for partners’ services (hotels, car rental companies, insurance companies, etc)
Miles are accrued to the Member’s account for using Partner’s service if rates correspond to mileage conditions at the service contract executing date (hotel accommodation \ car rental\ restaurant service\ insurance policy) according to the point 4.2.1.
Miles accrued amount and conditions are declared additionally.
Partner’s service should be booked for Member’s self using. The member should book Partner’s service directly at the Partner (without any mediators).
If miles are accrued for the fact of staying at the hotel, then such miles will be accrued for a continuous sequence of time regardless of the fact whether the Programme Member checks out or checks in again during such period. If several people including the Programme Member stay at one room miles for such room are accrued to Member’s account whose card was presented when booking the service regardless of the number of people in the room.
If miles are accrued for the fact of car rent then such miles will be accrued for a continuous sequence of time regardless of the fact whether the Programme Member returns or orders in again during such period. In case several people use car rental service together miles are accrued to the Member’s account, whose card was presented when booking the service regardless of how many people have used the service.
Miles for restaurant services are accrued for each order corresponding to one restaurant bill. Miles are accrued for each order separately, sums of the orders corresponding to one restaurant bill are not summed up. In case several Programme Members use restaurant services at the same time miles for one order are accrued to the Member’s account whose card was presented.
4.2.4 Mileage accrual for bank cards usage
STATUS bank card owners (who uses it for paying, receive some amount of miles, that is accrued to their account under the Programme STATUS).
Miles amount and conditions are declared additionally.
