There are three types of Program membership: STATUS, STATUS-Family, STATUS-Business (Appendix 7.1).
Any passenger aged 14 or over is eligible for programme Membership. Membership is open to individuals. In case of Member’s death his\her miles don’t transfer to the third party’s possession and the account closes.
Member of one family (from 2 to 7 members) can take part in Status-Family Program Membership. Member Family participating in STATUS-Family Program should choose a responsible person (who is the Member Family account head). Member Family account head is responsible for the Member Family’s account keeping, has the right to change the list of the Program Members and execute Awards. Member Family account head can be any member of the Member Family aged 18 or over. The Member Family account head should enlist another family members’ support to take part in the program. In case of non-participation any family’s member from the list in the Program he\she will be stricken off of his\her own accord. If any Member/Members from the list didn’t give his/their agreement for Program membership, UTair can close the account. All Family members’ miles for flights are accrual to one account. In case of Member Family account head’s death other family members (reached the age of 18) should propose by agreement with each other another (or new) member to be Member Family account head within 12 months from the date of death. Non-compliance with this condition will be the reason to close Program Family account. The dead member’s miles are kept on the common Member Family’s account.
Any company indicated in the Application Form is eligible for STATUS - Business Programme membership. The number of employees isn’t limited. Member Company participating in STATUS - Business Programme should choose a responsible person (the Member Company account head). The Member Company account head s responsible for Company’s account keeping, has the right to change the list of company members and execute Awards. People under 18 years old can’t be members of the Member Company’s list. Miles for flights and other services Member Company’s members (who are the members of the Programme STATUS - Business) are put to one account. UTair has the right to require the document from the Member Company, that acknowledge that all members of the STATUS – Business Member Company’s list are employees of this company. The Member Company is responsible for its members to show the STATUS – Business card when buying tickets and\or checking-in.
The members can’t participate in STATUS and STATUS – Family programmes at the same time. Members can participate in STATUS and STATUS – Business or STATUS – Family and STATUS – Business programmes at the same time.
To become the Member of the Programme it is necessary to register in the Programme STATUS\ STATUS – Family\ STATUS – Business.
Only one account can be opened within one type of the Programme. In case of double accounts all accounts and miles (except the first account) will be canceled without any notice.
In support for the open of the account Member\ Member Family\ Member Company the Member receives the card number in the Programme STATUS\ STATUS – Family\ STATUS – Business, which gives you an opportunity to earn miles.
A plastic card STATUS\ STATUS – Family\ STATUS – Business is made after the registration in the Programme; the card is sent to the Member’s address (which is stated by the Member during the registration) within 3 months after the registration in the STATUS Customer Support Service.
Programme Member Card is UTair Aviation property and has to be returned by UTair’s request.
There is no legally eligible to participate in the Programme STATUS\ STATUS – Family\ STATUS – Business. The registration in the Programme is realized at UTair’s discretion. UTair can refuse anyone without any explanation.
It’s necessary to produce all Member’s passport data during the filling in application form. The booking system makes the check of Member’s number, spelling of first name, last name and middle name. It is necessary to have the same spelling of first name, last name and middle name in the document (foreign passport) and in the Programme (on the card).
The registration date in the Programme STATUS is the registration date of the Programme membership.
Each Member / Member Family / Member Company should follow the changes in Programme Terms and Conditions as well as check the account balance and inform STATUS Department in case there are some missing points on the account.
Every Member/Member Family/Member Company is responsible for the completeness and correctness of the information which was stated in the Programme application form and allows to use this information for the Programme.
Every Member/Member Family/Member Company is responsible for the timely changing of the personal information (last name, address, phone number).
In case of any changes in the list of Family Membership Cards will be issued for new Members. Addition or change of the Member Family’s list should be provided by the Contact Person in written form. New family members can be added once per 6 month the date of last changes or the registration date in the Programme. Exclusion from the list of family members is made without any time limits.
In case of any changes in the list of Company Membership Cards will be issued for new Members. Addition or change of the Member Company’s list should be provided by the Contact Person in written form. The Member Company account head must inform UTair about the Member Company’s list changes. In case of non-execution of the conditions (the employee was not exclude the Member Company’s employee list after the discharge and miles for his\her flights were earned to the Member Company’s account) UTair has the right to cancel all this employee’s flights from the Member Company’s account for reparation of damages. The Aviation is not responsible for the Member Company’s using of the STATUS\ STATUS – Family cards.
3.4 Membership levels. Premium and vip levels
The individual Programme STATUS Member can be transferred to elite level (Premium or VIP) in case of enough earning status mileage within one calendar year (from the 1st January to the 31st December). The Member stays on VIP or Premium level to the end of the next year January. If a Member within next year does not earn enough status mileage, this Programme Member returns to the previous STATUS level (the level depends on the Member’s mileage quantity).
If The individual Programme STATUS Member earns more than 35 000 STATUS miles within one calendar year he\she is transferred to the Premium level; more than 35 000 STATUS miles within one calendar year he\she is transferred to the VIP level.
Premium and VIP levels Members receive new cards (silver or gold card) that are valid within one year. The expiration date (including year and month) is printed on the card \ Term of validity is indicated in the Card including year and month.
There are some privileges for the VIP and Premium Members (Appendix 7.2).
Only STATUS miles are calculated to qualify for VIP and Premium levels. Award miles are not taken into account.
3.5 PIN-code, call-center password and account
The Member receives a PIN (Personal Identification Number) to check the online account balance, to view and update the person information in Customer Self Service and to receive Awards on UTair’s site. Under the Programme STATUS – Family\ STATUS – Business only the Member Company account head can receive PIN.
To avoid misuse, the member shouldn’t tell the PIN is to unauthorized third parties. If there is any suspicion of misuse of the PIN, the UTair call-center or Status support service must be notified at once.
The member can change the PIN in Customer Self Service in UTair’s site.
The Member can check their current mileage account balance applying to the Programme Status or by entering his\her STATUS card number\ name and PIN in the Customer Self Service (UTair’s site).
If the Member calls to the UTair call-center and wants to receive the information about the current mileage account balance he\she should tell his\her Call-center password. Call-center password is created by the Member in the Customer Self Service.
Account balance extract is sent to e-mail (which was given by the Member) every quarter. UTair has the right to sent the information only to active members. Duplicates or double delivery of the account balance are not provided.
In case of mailing by post UTair is not responsible for late mail delivery, lost or wrongly addressed mail.
